For over fifteen years I have walked beside families through some of their most tender chapters — and I would be honoured to walk beside yours.
I'm Yvonne — founder of this small, deeply personal companionship service based in Northolt, Greater London. I started this work because I believe so strongly that later life should be lived with warmth, beauty and grace, never rushed and never alone.
Before founding Yvonne's Care Companion, I cared for my own mother through her final years. That experience taught me what families truly need: someone steady, someone trustworthy, and above all, someone kind. Not a stranger in a uniform — a friend who happens to know what they're doing.
Today I work with a small handful of families at any one time, so every visit is unhurried and every relationship is real. From quiet afternoons of tea and conversation, to gentle strolls in Northala Fields, to the reassurance of a hand at the GP — I am there, simply and warmly.

A philosophy
Slow time, kept beautifully.
Good companionship cannot be rushed. We protect long, generous visits — never measured in fifteen-minute slots — so the day can unfold the way it is meant to: a walk, a chat, perhaps a favourite song on the record player. Care, in its truest, gentlest form.
